In February of 2020, I hosted a writers’ retreat in the southwest of Colorado, not too far from the Wolf Creek ski resort. If you’ve read any of the Layne Parrish books, you might know the mountainous area I’m talking about.
Me, plus Nick Thacker, Roland Denzel, David Wood, and Kevin Tumlinson got together in the mountains to write and retreat, but also for a greater purpose no one had seen coming: the Six Assassins short film.
